Journal of Education for Library and Information Science (JELIS)The Journal of Education for Library and Information Science (JELIS) is a fully refereed scholarly periodical that has been published quarterly by the Association for Library and Information Science Education (ALISE) since 1960. The essential purpose of JELIS is to provide support, innovation, and extensive scholarly inquiry in library and information science (LIS) education (including archives, data science, and other related fields). Submissions to the journal should be in keeping with this essential purpose. JELIS is the primary venue for the publication of research articles, reviews, and brief communications about issues of interest to LIS (broadly conceived) education and pedagogy. Educators and aspiring educators are the principal audiences for the journal content. Access JELIS
