ALISE invites anyone who has an interest in the objectives of the Association to become a personal member.

Membership Types

Full-time: $155

Full-time faculty member, administrator, librarian, researcher or other interested individual

Emerging Professional: $85

For doctoral student transition to faculty member status (type may be claimed for a maximum of 3 years)

Part-Time/Retired: $85

Part-time and retired faculty members

Student: $40

Students (type may be claimed for a maximum of six years)

Membership Details

Dues/membership are paid on an anniversary date basis.

Please note that if you need to change your membership type (i.e., from Full-time to Retired), contact the ALISE office prior to renewing online. Type changes may not be processed online.

Payment is required to complete registration as a member. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or via check (payable to ALISE). ALISE also accepts ACH or wire transfers, contact our office for details. Payments must be in US dollars and free of bank charges. The purchaser is responsible for all fees associated with the transaction.
