Reservation Procedures
To reserve a room, call hotel reservations. Be sure to mention "ALISE" or the "Association for Library and Information Science Education Conference" when you call to ensure you receive ALISE 2011 rates. The deadline for the hotel to receive your reservation is Sunday, December 5, 2010. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis until our block of rooms is full. After this date, or once our block of rooms is full, the rates will increase.
Room Reservation Guarantee
A deposit totaling one night's room and tax is required for all reservations. You may secure your reservation by providing credit card information or by mailing a check directly to the hotel (made payable to the hotel). Please note that the deposit will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellations or changes
To cancel or adjust reservations, contact the hotel directly.
Check-in/Check-out times
Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is noon.
Self Parking - Motor Mart Garage
$25.00 is the daily flat rate for overnight parking.
