ALISE's 2015 Annual Conference Exhibition will be located in the conference registration, breakfast & break room, ensuring regular traffic from all conference attendees.
Each exhibitor that contributes $1,800 to ALISE for exhibit space will receive one table in the exhibits area that will be centrally located to the approximately 500 conference participants. If you need an extra table, there will be a $250 charge. Exhibitors will also receive:
ALISE Exhibitors (Unstaffed Table: $1,800*)
For those wishing to have an unstaffed table, the $1,800 contribution will include all of the items listed above, plus the basic set up of your table and replenishing of materials by ALISE staff. This option does not include the complimentary, exhibits-only registrations.
Breakfast with a Vendor ($1,500*)
Breakfast with a vendor is a time when you can get together with ALISE members for one-on-one time to introduce your products. For the sponsorship fee of $1,500 you get meeting space at our 2015 annual conference on Friday, January 30th from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and a set of mailing labels. All other costs (phone, internet, food, etc.) are the responsibility of the vendor.
Friends of ALISE Table ($200*)
Each vendor that contributes $200 or more to ALISE will be allowed to place one brochure or flyer on the “Friends of ALISE” table in the Exhibit area.
