Ann Graf, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee doctoral dissertator and adjunct instructor, received the best paper award at the International Society for Knowledge Organization (ISKO) conference held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in September for her submission titled “Describing an Outsider Art Movement from Within: The AAT and Graffiti Art.”
