JELIS is a quarterly publication (4 issues: Winter, no. 1; Spring, no. 2; Summer, no 3; Fall, no. 4). All subscriptions are on a volume basis only and must begin with the Winter Issue in each year. All checks must be in U.S. dollars with full bank routing information encoded. No discounts are available to agencies. Multiple orders are computed on a single volume rate.

Authors are encouraged to submit articles to JELIS for consideration. JELIS manuscript submission guidelines are available electronically, as are the copyright agreement and the manuscript evaluation form.
