2010 Keynote Speaker Announced
Thomas Malone, Patrick J. McGovern Professor of Management, MIT Sloan School of Management, will be the 2010 ALISE Annual Conference Keynote Speaker.
ALISE at ALA - Who will be at our Booth and at the Reunion
ALISE/LIS Cooperative Education Pavilion
ALISE and several of its member schools will host a booth in the exhibit hall. The exhibits will be held July 11 - 14, 2009 at McCormick Place West located at 2301 S. Lake Shore Drive Chicago, IL 60616.
Cooperative Library and Information Studies Alumni Reunion
ALISE will also be hosting the Cooperative Library and Information Studies Alumni Reunion on Sunday, July 12 2009, 5.30 pm - 7.30 pm. at the Westin River North, 320 N. Dearborn St., Grand Ballroom, Chicago, IL.

Awards - Get Ready for 2010!
Several ALISE awards, grants and research competitions have their due dates in June or July. To find out more about when you need to have your application and materials turned in for the various awards that ALISE offers, please see ALISE.org.
Juried Papers and Programs Proposals - July 15th Deadline
Do you have a paper to present or a program you would like to share with ALISE members. Then the 2010 Annual Conference is the perfect way to reach our members. Currently, the ALISE conference program planning committee is accepting proposals for juried papers and juried programs. For more information, see ALISE.org
ALISE At IFLA - Join us for Dinner
It is time to begin planning for the annual ALISE Dutch-treat dinner, this year to be held at the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) conference. Please email ALISE Executive Director, Kathleen Combs, by July 10th if you plan to attend IFLA 2009, August 23-27th in Milan, Italy. She will get back directly to everyone who responds to this inquiry.
