 Terms of Reference:

a.    Plan all aspects of program planning from the selection of speakers and other participants to reporting at the conclusion of the program to the Board

Minimum Expectations:

1. Plan all aspects of the 2014 conference with the theme Educational Entrepreneurship
2. Update the Conference Planning Manual for the guidance of future committees as needed
3. Debrief the Conference Program Planning Co-Chairs for the following year

a.    Create professional development programs and opportunities.
b.    Plan programs for all levels of faculty for inclusion in the ALISE Academy

 Minimum Expectations:

1. Plan the ALISE Academy program for the annual conference, including programs for faculty at various career stages
   
2. Make recommendations for themes for Academy programs in future years
   
3. Document procedures for use by future chairs
