Terms of Reference:

a.    Plan, review and advise on the state of Association finances and longer-term projections
b.    Support and monitor the work plan of the Development and Advancement Committee

Minimum Expectations:

1. Plan, review and advise on the state of Association finances and longer- term projections
2. Review current processes for budget planning and reporting, and make recommendations to enhance effective planning and resource allocation in support of the association’s strategic priorities
3. Support and monitor the work plan of the Centennial Campaign committee
4. Support and monitor the work of the Development and Advancement Committee

2. Develop a plan for sponsorship of ALISE activities and programs
3. Identify and attract sponsors for existing awards and activities
